This Privacy Policy explains how SwiftSignoff Inc. (“SwiftSignoff,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our client approval and delivery portal software (the “Service”) at swiftsignoff.io. This policy covers your account and data, as well as the approval records and client information you store in the Service.
Account information: your name, email address, and sign-in credentials when you create an account.
Billing information: collected and processed by our payment processor, Paddle. We do not store your full card number.
Project and portal data: the content you upload, the portals you create, client names, email addresses and phone numbers you add, revisions, comments, and approval decisions.
Recipient data: when you invite a client or contributor to a portal, we collect their email address or phone number so we can deliver access links and notifications.
Usage and technical data: log files, device type, IP address, browser, and pages viewed, to operate and improve the Service.
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Service; send access links, notifications, and the automated nudges you configure; process subscriptions and payments; provide support; improve and secure the Service; and send service-related communications.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, including hosting, object storage and video delivery, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, and analytics.
We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of SwiftSignoff, our users, or others.
We retain account information and portal content for as long as your account is active, plus as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may export or delete your portal content at any time.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encryption, access controls, and immutable, timestamped approval records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we process data on behalf of one of our customers (a freelancer or agency), you should direct requests about that data to the customer who controls it.
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, including keeping you signed in and securing access to portals. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
