Effective date: September 13, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SwiftSignoff website and client approval and delivery portal software (collectively, the “Service”) operated by SwiftSignoff Inc. (“SwiftSignoff,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
SwiftSignoff provides a client portal and approval workflow tool for freelancers, agencies, and businesses. The Service includes secure zero-login portals, review modules, version history, an immutable decision log, certificate generation, automated notification nudges, and related features.
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to the Service, including materials related to your clients (“Your Content”). You are responsible for Your Content, including ensuring that you have the authority and consent required to store it, process it, and send notifications about it.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. Approval and decision records you create in the Service belong to you and may be exported by you at any time.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others; use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of applicable spam and electronic communications laws; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis for the plan you select. Fees and plan features are displayed before purchase. Billing is processed by our third-party payment processor.
Subscription fees are charged in advance, monthly or annually as displayed, and renew automatically until you cancel. Where a free trial is offered, it begins when you sign up and automatically converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded except as required by law.
The Service, including its software, design, and features, is owned by SwiftSignoff and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.
The Service integrates with third-party providers for payment processing, file storage, video delivery, and messaging. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that stored records will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftSignoff's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. In no event will SwiftSignoff be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if continued provision of the Service would create a legal or security risk. You may terminate your account at any time. On termination, your access ends; you may export Your Content before termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SwiftSignoff Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
